Participants agree to:

• Use worksheets and recommendations for personal or organisational development, not resale;
• Maintain confidentiality of group discussions and proprietary materials;
• Inform us promptly of changes to contact details or financial circumstances that may affect service delivery.

All content, including worksheets, guides, graphics, and website text, is owned by Junctionimpulse unless otherwise stated. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without written permission, except for personal use within the scope of our services.

Session dates are agreed mutually. Cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations may affect service availability.
